SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 2–3 working days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner for shipment.

Delivery Timelines:
Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 working days depending on your location. Please note that remote or non-metropolitan areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Partners:
We have partnered with trusted logistics providers such as Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

Tracking Information:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and courier details. You can use this to monitor the status of your shipment at any time.

Responsibility for Delays:
While we strive to deliver your order on time, please understand that delays caused by third-party logistics providers, unforeseen weather conditions, or festive periods are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Accuracy of Delivery Details:
Please make sure that your shipping address, contact number, and email are entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for any failed deliveries or delays arising due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Shop Meiraa, we prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy under normal circumstances.

 

No Returns or Exchanges:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on our jewellery items once they are sold. This ensures that each piece remains fresh, untouched, and safe for all our customers.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Returns are only accepted in the rare case that the item is damaged or defective upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, you must:

  • Raise a request within 12 hours of delivery.

  • Share a mandatory unboxing video showing the issue clearly (the video must begin before the package is opened and show the entire unboxing process without any cuts/edits).

  • Without this video proof, we will be unable to process any damage-related claims.

 

 

Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect the condition of the product. If the product is found to be genuinely damaged or incorrect, we will initiate the refund process within 5-7 working days.

Please note:

No refunds will be processed for issues raised beyond the 12-hour window.

Refunds will only be applicable for damaged products reported with valid video proof.

Products returned without prior communication will not be eligible for refunds.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
